While February is the coolest month of the year with an average temperature of about 4°C only. Overall temperature variation in Baku is 22°C. As there is almost no rainfall at all, hence you can visit the city at any time. However, visiting the country in the months of December to March will be a good choice.
Transportation
Being a capital and the largest city of Azerbaijan, the city offers an impressive range of public transportation means. To get around the country, you can use the metro, buses, and taxies. The metro system is only available in Baku that runs from 06:00 to 24:00. While the local buses are an inexpensive way to travel in Baku. you can find the schedules of buses at the bus stops. Furthermore, the city has a large taxi system commonly used for private travel. The city also has an international airport named as Heydar Aliyev International Airport.
